1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the cp58 platform — whether through the website or mobile application — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any additional policies or guidelines published by cp58 from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. cp58 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the most current version of these terms.

The cp58 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and cp58 reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in breach of this age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account on the cp58 platform. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any refund of outstanding balances.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate and complete. cp58 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your account credentials with any other party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify cp58 immediately through the available support channels.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

By using the cp58 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules:

  • You must not use this platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law or any other applicable law.
  • You must not attempt to cheat, manipulate or exploit any technical vulnerabilities of the platform for unfair advantage.
  • You must not use any automation software, bots or third-party scripts in your betting activity on this platform.
  • You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means or use this platform as a channel for money laundering.
  • You must not spread false information, post harmful content or misuse the customer support channels.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account, including any bets placed, deposits and withdrawals.

Cp58 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including temporary or permanent account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the cp58 platform — including deposits, bets and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). cp58 does not accept foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.

Currently accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet and other methods that may be added from time to time. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated in the user account section.

For withdrawal requests, cp58 will process applications within the designated timeframe depending on the selected payment method. cp58 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for identity verification purposes or security-related investigations. Any charges imposed by the bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility.

Cp58 is not liable for any losses arising from transaction delays caused by third-party technical issues, including those from banking institutions and payment providers.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

Cp58 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors or technical faults at all times. To the extent permitted by law, cp58 disclaims all liability for loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect damages arising from the use of this platform. cp58's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Cp58 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Users whose accounts are suspended due to proven fraud will not receive a refund of their account balance. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the cp58 support team and settling all outstanding transactions beforehand.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software and other materials found on the cp58 platform are the exclusive property of cp58 or parties that have licensed them to cp58. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cp58.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links

The cp58 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. cp58 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective party's terms.

Changes to These Terms

Cp58 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

For any enquiries regarding these terms, please contact the cp58 support team by email at [email protected].
